Auf fünf Etagen laden 48 Zimmer im Haupthaus, sowie 12 Zimmer im gegenüberliegenden Consum, zum Träumen und Verweilen ein. In stilvollem, historischem Ambiente verbindet das Krafft traditionelle Gastfreundschaft mit klassischer französischer Kochkunst – ergänzt durch einen modernen, kreativen Twist. Per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Führungsteams eine Teamleitung Service (m/w/d) im 100%-Pensum.

Deine Aufgaben Zusammen mit dem Gastgeber Restaurant und der Stv. Teamleitung Service bist du für das operative Tagesgeschäft im Service verantwortlich. Konkret übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben: - Operative Leitung des Service - Vorbereitung und Durchführung täglicher Service Briefings - Unterstützung im operativen Service, Fokus auf Mittag- und Abendservice sowie Bankette - Führung des rund 15 köpfigen Teams - Planung und Durchführung von Probezeit-, Qualifikations- und Standortgesprächen mit dem Team und Durchführung regelmässiger Feedbackgespräche im Alltag - Dienst- und Ferienplanung mit CookpIT - Kontrolle Personalkosten und Mitarbeitersaldi - Unterstützung bei der Rekruiterung neuer Teammitglieder - Planung und Durchführung Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder - Organisation und Teilnahme an wöchentlicher Teamleitungssitzung sowie Teilnahme an wöchentlichen Functions Meetings mit der Abteilung Events und Teilnahme an der Geschäftsleitungssitzung - Sicherstellung Einhaltung Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards - Sicherstellung optimaler Ablauf sämtlicher Prozesse - Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Jahresziele

Das bringst du mit: - Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung (Restaurantfachfrau/mann EFZ oder gleichwertig) - Führungserfahrung, im besten Fall in einer vergleichbaren Position - Sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit - Positive Ausstrahlung, Motivation und Gastgeberpersönlichkeit - Bereitschaft für regelmässige Zimmerstunde und Wochenenddienste - Sehr gute Deutsch und MS Office Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
