Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gebäude, Anlagen und Infrastruktur zuverlässig funktionieren. Mit dei\-nem organisatorischen Geschick, deiner Führungskompetenz und der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern trägst du zu einem sicheren und reibungslosen Betrieb bei.

Dein Einsatz macht den Unterschied: Du führst und förderst dein Team, koordinierst den technischen Dienst und stellst sicher, dass unsere Infrastruktur nachhaltig und professionell unterhalten wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines inklusiven sechsköpfigen Teams sowie Verantwortung für die Ausbildung eines Lernenden EFZ.
  • Planung und Koordination des technischen Dienstes, der Hauswartung sowie externer Einsätze und Dienstleistungen.
  • Sicherstellung des Gebäude\- und Anlagenunterhalts inklusive Winterdienst, Lagerbewirtschaftung, Transporten sowie Betriebs\- und Verkehrssicherheit.
  • Verantwortung für Materialbeschaffung, Auftragsvergabe, Rechnungskontrolle sowie Mitwirkung bei Budget und Kostencontrolling.
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs durch Pikettdienst, Einhaltung von Sicherheits\- und Quali\-tätsstandards sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufslehre mit Weiterbildung als Hauswart/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Be\-triebsunterhalt EFZ
  • Führungserfahrung sowie idealerweise Berufsbildnerausweis oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Programme
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Wertschätzende, dienstleistungsorientierte und sozialkompetente Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
