Die Avosano Gruppe beschäftigt mit den zwei Tochterunternehmen Avosano AG (Pharmagrosshandel) und Avosano Industrie Service AG (Pharma\-Prewholesale) an 3 Standorten insgesamt 650 Mitarbeitende.

An unserem Standort in Niederbipp suchen wir per 1\. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Teamleitung Warenausgang \& Stv. Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d) 100%

Die Herausforderungen, denen du dich stellen wirst

* Selbstständige Führung und Einsatzplanung des eigenen Teams sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitäts\- und Produktivitätsziele

* Verantwortung für Personalthemen im Team, inklusive Unterstützung bei Rekrutierungen sowie Vorbereitung von Ein\- und Austritten und Pflege der Mitarbeiterdaten

* Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Abteilung sowie mit internen Schnittstellen und Kunden

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters bei administrativen Aufgaben

* Schnittstelle zu den Teamleitungen im Warenausgang bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen

* Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der administrativen und operativen Prozesse im Warenausgang sowie Umsetzung von KVP\-Massnahmen

Arbeitszeiten

* Montag bis Freitag im Zweischichtbetrieb

* Frühschicht: 06:00 Uhr \- 15:30 Uhr

* Spätschicht: 10:00 Uhr \- 19:30 Uhr

* Samstagseinsätze bei Bedarf

Was dich von anderen unterscheidet

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Logistikfachmann/\-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in der Führung eines grösseren Teams

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen sowie SUVA\-anerkannter Staplerausweis

* Fundierte EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse; SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine selbstständige, speditive und exakte Arbeitsweise

* Authentische und faire Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
