Das RHYBOOT mit verschiedenen Standorten im St. Galler Rheintal bietet rund 300 erwachsenen Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Beeinträchtigungen Lebens- und Arbeitsräume. Das Angebot umfasst Wohn-, Beschäftigungs-, Arbeits-, Eingliederungs- und Ausbildungsplätze.

Für den Bereich Wohnen suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte

Teamleitung Wohnen Stellvertretung 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitverantwortung für die optimale Begleitung, Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und teilweise herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen
  • Förderung einer hohen Lebensqualität und individuellen Entwicklung der betreuten Personen 
  • Übernahme von Bezugspersonenarbeit 
  • Mitarbeit als Stellvertretung der Teamleitung und Unterstützung bei Führungsaufgaben 
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Team- und Gruppenentwicklung 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team 
  • Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden als Mentor/in
  • Einbringen von Berufs- und Lebenserfahrung in die bedürfnisgerechte Betreuung und Begleitung der Klientinnen und Klienten

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) EFZ oder Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und in der Pflege - zwingend
  • Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Pikett-, Wochenend- und Kurzeinsätzen
  • Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Einsatzplanung sowie die Bereitschaft, in zwei Teams mitzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Denken und zielbewusstem Handeln
  • Empathie, Geduld und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Kategorie B
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
