Was du mit uns bewegst ##

Als Technical Account Manager bist du kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und berätst sie auf Basis deiner technischen Erfahrung zu den Möglichkeiten von Airlock. Mit deiner offenen und lösungsorientierten Art unterstützt du sie dabei, Airlock optimal einzusetzen und einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert zu schaffen

  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu den Möglichkeiten von Airlock und Unterstützung dabei, diese optimal zu nutzen
  • Durchführung technischer Produktpräsentationen und Feature-Demos
  • Abschluss kommerzieller Vereinbarungen mit unseren Kunden
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Service-Geschäfts gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Implementierungsvorgehen für Kundenprojekte
  • Kenntnis der wichtigsten Stakeholder und Entscheidungsprozesse auf Kundenseite sowie Unterstützung der Customer-Support-Prozesse

Das bringst du schon mit ##

  • Technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (ETH/FH/Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Bereich Webapplikationen und IT Security
  • Ausgeprägtes Beratungsflair sowie gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im B2B Sales ist von Vorteil, idealerweise bei einem Softwareanbieter
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Offene, integre und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
