Aufgaben ###

  • Zentrale technische Ansprechperson für mehrere strategische Bestandskunden bei Fragen zu Marktdaten, Datenbank- und Software-Schnittstellen und eingesetzten Services
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen, Produktteams sowie externen IT-Dienstleistern 
  • Begleitung von Weiterentwicklungen, technischen Anforderungen, Upgrades und Migrationen
  • Beratung der Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung bestehender Datenprodukte und Services, ohne aktive Vertriebsverantwortung
  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Nutzungsdaten, Datenqualität, Kundenanforderungen und offenen Maßnahmen

Profil ###

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung  
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung, technischem PreSales oder Projektmanagement im Data- oder Softwareintegrationsumfeld
  • Souveränität im Anforderungsmanagement und der Dienstleistersteuerung 
  • Technisches Verständnis für IT-Systeme, Datenbanken, APIs, Datenstrukturen und Integrationsprozesse, Kenntnisse in Excel und Datenanalyse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Fachbereichen und technischen Dienstleistern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Freude an internationalem Teamwork
