  • Soutenir les clients pour renforcer leur avantage concurrentiel et leur leadership en fournissant des services de haute qualité avec des produits et solutions innovants contribuant à la protection de la monnaie mondiale et des documents de sécurité
  • Soutenir les clients avec expertise et solutions lors de la mise en œuvre et de l-utilisation de nos produits
  • Contribuer au partage des connaissances techniques avec les clients
  • Assurer le support dans la résolution des problèmes et l-optimisation des produits
  • Maintenir la satisfaction client en garantissant la performance des produits et solutions
  • Participer au développement de nouveaux produits et solutions dans le cadre des différents projets de R&I
  • En collaboration avec divers départements (R&I, directeurs commerciaux régionaux, marketing et opérations de fabrication), participer à la promotion de nos nouveaux produits, solutions et concepts
  • Gérer les tâches administratives liées au service et aux activités.

 

  • Diplôme d-ingénieur en chimie ou équivalent dans l-industrie de l-impression (3-5 ans d-expérience dans l-industrie chimique ou de l-impression est un avantage)
  • Grande flexibilité et volonté de voyager à travers le monde (jusqu-à 50%)
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs tâches/projets ainsi qu-à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement d-équipe dynamique
  • Capacité à établir la crédibilité auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes, forte éthique et orientation client
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Maîtrise de l-anglais et du français. (L-allemand et l-espagnol seront un avantage)
