Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams in unserer Wirkstoffproduktion suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Technical Author Peptide Manufacturing (a), 100% (temporär für 12 Monate mit Aussicht auf Übernahme). Sie sind verantwortlich für das Schreiben produktionsrelevanter GMP-Dokumente und sind in dieser Rolle auf eine Produktionseinheit (Manufacturing Cluster) spezialisiert.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verfassen, Aktualisieren und Optimieren von Herstellvorschriften (MBPRs), SOPs, Logbüchern und Risikoanalysen (FMEAs) für den Bereich Peptide Manufacturing.
  • Sicherstellung einer formalen und inhaltlichen Dokumentqualität nach GMP sowie internen Richtlinien.
  • Umsetzung von Änderungen an Master Batch Records (MBRs) im MES (PAS-X) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produzenten.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Dokumentvorlagen und Standards zur Effizienzsteigerung in der Dokumentenerstellung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zugewiesenen Peptide-Manufacturing-Cluster und Aufbau eines fundierten Verständnisses für Herstellprozesse, Anlagen und Abläufe.
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Prozessabstimmungen, Shopfloor-Begehungen sowie Austausch mit Operators, Production Leaders und Chemikern zur Sicherstellung einer präzisen und praxisnahen Dokumentation.
  • Einhaltung aller relevanten GMP-, HSE- und Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Implementierung der Anforderungen in Herstellvorschriften, SOPs und Risikoanalysen.
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits durch Bereitstellung der relevanten Dokumente und Auskünfte.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Stärkung der GMP- und HSE-Kultur im Team und im Produktionsumfeld.

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Chemie mit Promotion oder ein Studium der Naturwissenschaften ergänzt durch Berufserfahrung im Pharmaumfeld
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
  • Beherrschung der gängigen MS Office-Tools
  • Interesse und Freude an der Erstellung von produktionsnahen GMP-Dokumenten
  • Interesse an praktischen Abläufen im Produktionsbetrieb
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe chemische Abläufe und technische Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, situationsbedingt selbständig oder im Team zu arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Interesse, das Erstellen von Master Batch Records (MBR) im Manufacturing Execution System (MES) der Bachem (PAS-X) zu erlernen bzw. Erfahrung im MBR-Design in einem MES vorteilhaft
