Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Teams suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die Kunden kompetent berät, individuelle Lösungen erarbeitet und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und internen Fachbereichen agiert. Ihr Beitrag Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Anwendungen in der Mess\- und Automatisierungstechnik Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ausarbeitung passender technischer Lösungsansätze Erstellung, Kalkulation und aktive Nachverfolgung von Angeboten Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Klärung technischer Kundenanfragen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, den internationalen Werken sowie der Auftragsabwicklung Koordination, Begleitung und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen während der Auftragsphase Pflege und Dokumentation von Kunden\- und Projektdaten im CRM\-System Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation Erfahrung in der industriellen Messtechnik, Elektro\-/Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten technischen Umfeld Freude an der Kundenberatung und am Erarbeiten technischer Lösungen Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kunden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ösischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil Ihre Vorteile Spannende, vielseitige und fordernde Aufgaben – kein Tag ist wie der andere!
