Arbeitsort: Luzern und Homeoffice Pensum: 80-100% Deine Aufgaben: Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen eGovernment-Plattform, definierst die Produktvision und priorisierst das Backlog nach Nutzen, Sicherheit, Stabilität und regulatorischen Anforderungen. Gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Teams gestaltest du die technische Architektur und wirkst beim Aufbau der Plattform mit. Du treibst Standards für APIs, Integrationen, Automatisierung und Infrastrukturkomponenten voran, baust moderne Plattform-Services aus und etablierst CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Infrastructure as Code. Zudem übersetzt du fachliche Anforderungen in nachhaltige technische Lösungen und befähigst Teams mit Guidelines und Self-Service-Angeboten zur eigenständigen Nutzung der Plattform. Dein Profil: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Platform Engineer oder DevOps Engineer und ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud- und Container-Technologien, modernen Plattformen, Automatisierung und Deployment-Prozessen werden vorausgesetzt. Du verstehst API-Design, Integrationen, CI/CD und Plattformarchitekturen ganzheitlich und überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität. Geboten werden eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum, flexible und mobile Arbeitsformen, attraktive Entwicklungs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie zeitgemässe Zusatzleistungen.
