Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden des Elektro\-Grosshandels in der gesamten Schweiz bei allen Anfragen technischer und kommerzieller Art über Mail, Telefon und Ticketing System. Du koordinierst wichtige interne Abläufe in Bezug auf Reklamationen, Transport, Qualitätsmanagement, Pricing und ELDAS Prozesse Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit unterstützt Du das Projekt Management für Lichtprojekte im privaten wie öffentlichen Sektor (Offertwesen, Bestellabwicklung, Bestückung, Projektplanung, Überwachung, Fakturierung) Du hilfst bei der Koordination von kundenindividuellen Lichtplanungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Aussendienst und der internen Lichtplanungsabteilung Dein Profil Du bist eine Fachkraft mit Elektriker / Elektrotechnischer Grundausbildung EFZ mit Weiterbildung zum Techn. oder ähnlich Du hast erste Erfahrung im Innendienst der Elektrobranche oder anverwandter Branche gemacht Du bist eine Person mit Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit sowie kundenorientiertem Denken und Handeln Du verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in ösisch. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil Du bist interessiert am Projektmanagement im technischen Umfeld Du bist nach wie vor motiviert, Dein handwerkliches Geschick zu beweisen, . für die Aufbereitung von Musterleuchten oder Bestückung unseres Showrooms Du hast bereits gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP\-Systemen und MS\-Office Anwendungen Das bieten wir dir Ein stabiles und vertrauensvolles Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien.
