Job Description ##

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Suisse, vous êtes responsable du développement commercial de votre secteur et assurez la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients industriels existants tout en développant de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients industriels.
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux comptes et générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et leur proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Réaliser des visites clients régulières et établir une planification efficace de votre activité commerciale.
  • Préparer les offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes et la coordination avec les différents départements.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des actions marketing et commerciales.
  • Analyser le marché, suivre les activités de la concurrence et identifier de nouveaux leviers de croissance.
  • Contribuer au développement de partenariats à long terme avec les clients

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation technique dans les domaines de la mécanique, maintenance industrielle, électromécanique ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans une fonction commerciale B2B orientée développement.
  • Français C2, Allemand ou Anglais obligatoire en complément.
  • Expérience de la vente de produits ou solutions techniques dans l'industrie.
  • Solide sens du service client et forte orientation résultats.
  • Capacité à évoluer de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes internes.
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût prononcé pour le développement commercial.
