Werde Teil unseres Teams in Wallisellen als:Das kannst du bei uns bewirken: Kundenberatung & Betrieb: Du berätst unsere Kunden in operativen Fragestellungen und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Installationsprozess - von der Inbetriebnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Inbetriebnahme & Integration: Du stellst die Inbetriebnahme von Kundeninstallationen per Fernwartung sicher und arbeitest in komplexen Infrastruktur- und Integrationsumgebungen. 3rd-Level Support: Du übernimmst anspruchsvolle Supportfälle für HIN Gateways und analysierst komplexe Netzwerk-, Security- und Mailflow-Probleme. Testing & Weiterentwicklung: Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und beim Testing unserer Appliances mit und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein. Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst Betriebsdokumentationen zur Sicherstellung stabiler und nachvollziehbarer Systemlandschaften. Das bringst du mit: System Engineer - mehrjährige Erfahrung und fundiertes Wissen über Netzwerke (SMTP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, NAT), Mail-Flow, Betriebssysteme (Linux, Windows) und Cloud-Plattformen Netzwerk & Security - Schwerpunkt deiner Rolle: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Protokollen, Authentifizierung und Verschlüsselung (z.-B. SSH/SCP, SSL, NTLM/Kerberos). Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verzeichnisdiensten und Web-Technologien (LDAP/AD, HTTP/S, SAML, APIs) gehören zu deinem Skillset. Du hast Praxis in DNS und Troubleshooting (Records, Zonen, MX). Virtualisierung & Infrastruktur: Du hast Erfahrung mit VMware (Deployment, Betrieb, Backup von VMs) sowie im Aufbau und Betrieb virtueller Netzwerke (Switches, Bridges, Interfaces) und Kenntnisse in Cluster-Setups (VMs oder Container) Microsoft & Active Directory: Du kennst dich mit Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs) aus und hast ein gutes Verständnis typischer Serverrollen (AD, DNS etc.). Du arbeitest sicher in Windows-Umgebungen (inkl. Registry) und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Defender. Mail & Messaging: Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Mailflow und relevante Protokolle (SMTP, IMAP, M365) sowie Erfahrung mit Mail-DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM) und im Aufbau moderner Mailstrukturen (Alias, Routing, Verteiler). Zudem kennst du dich mit Microsoft 365 aus (Rules, Connectoren).
