Zu Ihrem spannenden Aufgabenbereich mit einer Reisetätigkeit von ca. 20% gehört:

  • Technische Beratung unserer weltweit tätigen Organisation
  • Remote oder On-Site Untersuchung, Lösung und Support von komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen internen Stellen (R&D, Product Care, Product Management, Produktion usw.)
  • Bindeglied und Hauptansprechperson für Anliegen und Fragen unserer externen Partner
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen und Supportanfragen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten, Definition und Betreuung von Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Monitoring von Datenanalysen
  • Betreuung neuer Produkte, zuständig für den Knowledge Transfer zu den Partnern
  • Bereitstellung der Service Prozeduren, Dokumentation, Ersatzteile sowie Schulungs- und Servicekonzept
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings für interne und externe Partner
  • Pflege und Erweiterung der Knowledge Base

Das bringst du mit**:

  • Ausbildung zum Ingenieur (vorzugsweise elektronisch / mechanisch)
  • Verständnis, um komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu durchdringen und zu erklären
  • Lösung - und Dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten versteht sich für Sie von selbst
  • Flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse weitere Fremdsprachen (F/I) sind von Vorteil
