Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Winterthur im Vertrieb USA/CAN suchen wir eine:n Technical Support Engineer USA/CAN 80\-100%. Technical Support Engineer USA/CAN 80\-100% Hauptaufgaben Technisch und kommerzielle Ansprechperson unseres lokalen Vertriebsteams Ermittlung und Empfehlung optimaler Lösungen, die technische Zuverlässigkeit und Kundennutzen in Einklang bringen Klärung der technischen Anforderungen durch die Umsetzung der Kundenbedürfnisse in präzise Spezifikationen, Rahmenbedingungen und Abnahmekriterien Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme durch die Ermittlung der Ursachen, die Koordination von Experten und die zeitnahe Übermittlung klarer Antworten an Kunden und Tochtergesellschaften End\-to\-End\-Koordination von Supportfällen und Projekten durch Dokumentation von Entscheidungen, Pflege des Projektstatus sowie Sicherstellung, dass Übergaben und Nachverfolgungen vollständig erfolgen Unterstützung des lokalen Vertriebsteams bei Kundenbesuchen und Teilnahmen an Messen Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Elektronik oder einem verwandten Bereich Technische Ausbildung als Dipl.\-Ing (FH), B Eng, M Eng mit Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil Berufserfahrungen in der Sensorbranche und/oder im Vertrieb sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office Freude und Interesse an neuen Technologien Kunden\- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln Strukturierte, analytische, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung Initiative, aufgestellte, integre und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die sich gerne in ein Team einbringt Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und gute soziale Kompetenzen Wir bieten Vielseitige, abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in einem erfahrenen und engagierten Team Quereinstiegsmöglichkeit in den Vertrieb Umfängliche Einarbeitung und Produktschulung sowie langfristige Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten Interessante Kundenkontakte und langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Bestandskunden Eine anspruchsvolle, innovative und umfangreiche Produktepalette Ein attraktives Arbeitsumfeld mit der Nähe zur Produktion und Entwicklung in einer offenen Unternehmenskultur Bitte sende deine vollständigen Bewerbungsunterlagen inkl.
