Pour l’un de nos clients reconnu dans le domaine de la toiture et de l’enveloppe du bâtiment à Genève, nous recherchons un Technicien bureau d’études / Chiffreur expérimenté pour un poste fixe. Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise solide, reconnue pour la qualité de ses réalisations et son savoir-faire technique ? Ce poste est fait pour vous.

Description du poste

  • Analyse approfondie des dossiers techniques, appels d’offres et cahiers des charges
  • Réalisation des métrés et études de prix avec une précision irréprochable
  • Chiffrage complet de projets à forte valeur financière
  • Identification des risques techniques, contraintes d’exécution et optimisations possibles
  • Consultation, négociation et coordination avec fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Préparation des dossiers techniques pour l’exécution chantier
  • Collaboration directe avec la direction, les conducteurs de travaux et les équipes terrain
  • Participation active aux choix stratégiques et techniques des projets
  • Garantie de la cohérence financière et technique des offres remises

Profil recherché

  • 10 ans d’expérience minimum en bureau d’études, en chiffrage spécialisé en toiture.
  • Formation technique dans le domaine de l'étanchéité, couverture et ferblanterie
  • Maîtrise approfondie des métrés et de la lecture de plans
  • Parfaite connaissance du marché genevois
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur et sens des priorités
  • Excellent relationnel, fort esprit d’équipe et orientation solutions
