Technicien / Chef de projet \- Peinture, plâtrerie et façades (H/F)

Description du poste : Pour l'un de nos clients actif dans le second œuvre dans la région lausannoise, PROMAN Lausanne recherche un Technicien / Chef de projet en peinture, plâtrerie et façades.Vous prenez en charge la préparation et le suivi des chantiers, du chiffrage à la réception des travaux. Vous assurez la coordination entre les clients, les directions de travaux et les équipes sur le terrain.

Vos missions

  • Analyser les plans, les dossiers techniques et les appels d'offres.
  • Effectuer les relevés et les métrés sur site.
  • Établir les devis, les soumissions et les offres complémentaires.
  • Planifier les interventions et organiser les équipes ainsi que les approvisionnements.
  • Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers.
  • Veiller au respect des budgets, des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité.
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et entretenir les relations avec les clients, architectes et mandataires.
  • Contrôler les travaux réalisés, préparer la facturation et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la réception.

Exigence du poste :

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de la peinture, de la plâtrerie ou du bâtiment, complétée idéalement par une formation de technicien ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en gestion de chantiers de second œuvre.
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques en peinture, plâtrerie, isolation périphérique et façades.
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans, des métrés et du chiffrage.
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques et des exigences de la construction en Suisse.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de devis et de suivi de chantier.
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément.
  • Bon relationnel et aptitude à coordonner les équipes.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
