The posting

Axepta recherche, pour l’un de ses clients basé dans la région de Montreux et actif dans le secteur aérospatial, un Technicien Contrôle Non Destructif – CND Niveau II (H/F).

Vous intervenez sur le contrôle de pièces, d’ensembles mécanosoudés et de panneaux composites destinés à des applications aérospatiales, dans un environnement exigeant en matière de qualité, traçabilité et conformité.

Technicien Contrôle Non Destructif \- Réception H/F

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Réaliser les contrôles non destructifs conformément aux procédures et exigences applicables.
  • Effectuer des contrôles par ressuage fluorescent et/ou coloré afin de détecter les défauts de surface.
  • Réaliser des contrôles par courants de Foucault à l’aide de sondes afin d’identifier fissures et discontinuités.
  • Effectuer des contrôles par ultrasons selon vos habilitations et les procédures en vigueur.
  • Interpréter les résultats des contrôles et statuer sur la conformité des pièces.
  • Identifier, documenter et remonter les éventuelles non\-conformités.
  • Rédiger les rapports de contrôle et assurer la traçabilité des opérations réalisées.
  • Garantir le respect des exigences qualité propres au secteur aérospatial.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d’une certification COFREND Niveau II dans une ou plusieurs méthodes CND.

Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience en environnement industriel, laboratoire ou production sur des pièces mécanosoudées et/ou matériaux composites, de préférence dans les secteurs aéronautique, spatial ou défense.

Vous maîtrisez une ou plusieurs des techniques suivantes : ressuage, courants de Foucault, ultrasons.

Une expérience sur panneaux composites, structures sandwich ou pièces destinées à l’aérospatial constitue un réel atout.
