La Fondation Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis est la référence cantonale en matière d-addictions. Elle offre un accompagnement spécialisé à toute personne confrontée à une conduite addictive (avec ou sans substance), ainsi qu-à ses proches. Elle est composée de cinq centres de conseil et d-accompagnement, d-un centre de jour, de trois centres résidentiels, de prestations de soutien socio-éducatif à domicile et des services centraux. La Fondation s-inspire du modèle du rétablissement, par une approche individualisée et construite avec chacune et chacun.

En vue du développement de nos infrastructures, nous recherchons notre futur/e

technicien coordinateur informatique 40-50%

Support utilisateurs et infrastructures

Votre responsabilité :

Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de l-environnement informatique et de téléphonie d-Addiction Valais en garantissant la disponibilité des équipements, le support aux utilisateurs et la maintenance des applications métiers.

A cet effet, vous :

  • Assurez le support informatique de 1er et 2ème niveau auprès des utilisateurs (130 collaborateurs).
  • Installez, configurez et maintenez les postes informatiques de travail.
  • Participez à l-administration de l-infrastructure informatique en collaboration avec les prestataires spécialisés.
  • Coordonnez les interventions avec les fournisseurs de services informatiques et de télécommunication.
  • Participez à la maintenance quotidienne des applications métiers et servez d-interlocuteur avec les prestataires externes.
  • Gérez les comptes utilisateurs et les droits d-accès selon les procédures internes.
  • Assurez la gestion, l-installation, la configuration et le support des solutions de téléphonie.
  • Veillez au respect des politiques de sécurité informatique et sensibilisez les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Participez à des projets d-amélioration continue des infrastructures, des outils numériques et des services aux utilisateurs.

Vous-même :

Vous êtes titulaire :

* Du CFC d-informaticien complété par une maturité technique ou formation jugée équivalente.

Vous justifiez :

  • D-une expérience significative de terrain dans le support informatique et la maintenance de postes de travail.
  • D-une expérience avérée dans le support applicatif et dans l-administration ou le support de solutions de téléphonie IP.
  • D-une expérience confirmée dans un environnement de travail multisites.
  • D-une bonne compréhension de l-allemand dans un contexte professionnel.

  • Une capacité à anticiper et à analyser.
  • Une forte orientation solution.
  • Une aptitude à collaborer et de la diplomatie.
