VOTRE MISSION En tant que Technicien Copieur et Imprimeur, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre organisation. Vos responsabilités incluront : Intervenir sur site pour l'installation, la maintenance et le dépannage des équipements d’impression. Assurer un suivi personnalisé et professionnel auprès de nos clients pour garantir leur satisfaction. Trouver des solutions adaptées aux problématiques techniques et opérationnelles rencontrées par nos clients. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour optimiser le service après-vente. Informer et conseiller les clients sur les produits et services, tout en veillant à leur bonne utilisation.

VOTRE PROFIL Pour exceller dans ce poste, vous devez être : Autonome, rigoureux, ponctuel, avec une grande aisance dans le contact client. Des connaissances des imprimantes et copieurs sont un sérieux atout. Posséder de solides connaissances techniques générales, notamment en mécanique de précision. Des connaissances spécifiques sur les équipements Kyocera et Lexmark sont un atout, mais pas indispensables. Maîtrise de l'informatique de base (Windows et Mac un plus). La pratique de l'anglais ou de l'allemand est un avantage.
