Technicien CVCS 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et sanitaire (CVCS)
  • Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques et garantir leur performance
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir rapidement afin d'assurer la continuité des installations
  • Optimiser les réglages et les boucles de régulation des équipements CVCS
  • Réaliser des campagnes de mesures, d'équilibrage hydraulique et aéraulique
  • Coordonner les interventions des entreprises externes et veiller au respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi de petits projets techniques ainsi qu'à l'approvisionnement du matériel nécessaire
  • Assurer un service de permanence technique selon le planning établi avec l'équipe

Profil

  • CFC d'installateur en chauffage ou sanitaire, complété idéalement par un diplôme de Technicien ES en technique des bâtiments ou une formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans la maintenance d'installations CVCS, idéalement sur des sites industriels ou techniques complexes
  • Maîtrise des systèmes de Gestion Technique Centralisée (GTC/MCR) et des outils informatiques usuels
  • Solides compétences en diagnostic, maintenance et optimisation d'installations techniques
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et capable de gérer efficacement les priorités
  • Excellent esprit d'équipe, sens du service et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Disponible pour participer au service de piquet selon le tournus de l'équipe
