Le poste • Vous programmez et configurez des tours CNC et des centres de tournage-fraisage modernes pour produire des composants clients complexes et conseillez la clientèle dans le choix de son outillage • Vous réceptionnez les machines avec la clientèle (FAT et SAT) et veillez au bon démarrage de la production • Vos connaissances techniques vous permettent d’aider les clientes et clients lors de la programmation et d’optimiser les processus de production existants • Vous formez les utilisatrices et utilisateurs à l’utilisation quotidienne des machines et contribuez activement leur savoir-faire • Selon les besoins, vous soutenez l'équipe de technicien:nes de service lors d'interventions de maintenance et de réparation chez la clientèle et contribuez à garantir une disponibilité élevée des installations

Vos qualités • Vous disposez d’un diplôme professionnel de polymécanicien/ne ou d’une formation technique similaire • L’expérience dans la production et de solides connaissances en environnement CNC sont indispensables • Vous maîtrisez les systèmes de contrôle SIEMENS ou FANUC et, dans l’idéal, vous connaissez aussi un système de CADCAM (CFAO) • Vous avez déjà acquis de premières expériences de technicien/ne de service ou souhaitez vous orienter spécifiquement dans cette direction • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et une bonne maîtrise de l’allemand; la connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout
