Technicien d'exploitation (H/F) ===================================

Votre mission : Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un Technicien d'exploitation (H/F). Véritable soutien technique des équipes, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement et à la performance de l'atelier, tout en participant activement à l'amélioration des produits, des procédés et des moyens de production. Activités : · Garantir la disponibilité opérationnelle et le bon fonctionnement des moyens de production et des outillages. · Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes de production et contribuer à leur accompagnement et à leur formation. · Participer à la qualification de nouveaux produits et à la mise en service de nouveaux moyens de production. · Contribuer à l'analyse et à la résolution des écarts qualité en collaboration avec les différents interlocuteurs concernés. · Piloter des groupes de travail visant à améliorer les performances de l'atelier et assurer une communication efficace avec les différents acteurs. · Proposer et conduire des projets d'amélioration continue liés aux produits et aux processus. · Participer au suivi et à l'analyse des indicateurs de performance de l'atelier.

Votre profil : · Titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien ES ou d'Ingénieur HES, idéalement en mécanique ou en microtechnique. · Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques liés au suivi et au pilotage des performances d'un atelier (ERP, outils de gestion de production). · Intérêt marqué pour le terrain, la technique et les projets d'amélioration continue. · Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'initiative et excellent sens de l'organisation. · Bonnes capacités d'animation, d'écoute, d'analyse et de synthèse. · Capacité à s'adapter rapidement et à travailler efficacement en équipe.
