Votre mission

Pour l-un de nos clients, acteur industriel basé à Genève, nous recherchons un Technicien d-exploitation en usinage (H/F). Véritable référent technique de l-atelier, vous veillez à la disponibilité des moyens de production et des outillages, tout en apportant un soutien quotidien aux équipes. En lien étroit avec le responsable d-atelier, vous suivez les besoins en outillage, accompagnez la mise en service de nouveaux équipements et participez à la qualification de nouveaux produits. Vous contribuez à l-analyse des écarts qualité et coordonnez des actions d-amélioration continue visant à renforcer la performance de l-atelier. Ce poste s-adresse à une personne qui apprécie autant le travail sur le terrain que la conduite de projets et la collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs de la production.

Votre profil

Diplôme de Technicien ES ou d-Ingénieur HES en mécanique ou microtechnique Expérience en environnement de production, idéalement dans un atelier d-usinage Bonne connaissance des moyens de production et des outillages Capacité à diagnostiquer des problèmes techniques et à soutenir les équipes sur le terrain Expérience en amélioration continue et en résolution d-écarts qualité Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion de production et de suivi d-indicateurs, notamment d-un ERP Aptitude à coordonner des actions, animer des groupes de travail et transmettre ses connaissances Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l-organisation et esprit d-équipe Résidence en Suisse obligatoire
