Technicien de laboratoire - Tests de libération (80-100%) #

L'équipe QC Produits finis réunit une expertise analytique, un savoir-faire GMP et une exigence de qualité élevée. Ensemble, nous garantissons la qualité de nos produits, traitons des événements qualité complexes et faisons progresser l'amélioration continue de nos processus de laboratoire et de qualité.

Votre rôle

  • Réalisation d'analyses de libération pour les matières premières, l'eau, les produits intermédiaires, les produits en vrac et finis ainsi que documentation conforme GMP des résultats.
  • Analyse des écarts, résultats OOX et CAPA incluant l'identification des causes et la mise en œuvre de mesures appropriées.
  • Soutien aux investigations analytiques dans le cadre des changements, événements qualité et améliorations continues.
  • Rédaction et mise à jour des SOP ainsi que documentation de laboratoire conforme GMP.
  • Qualification et requalification des équipements de laboratoire et garantie de leur utilisation fiable.

Votre profil

  • Formation de technicien de laboratoire chimique EFZ, CTA ou études en chimie ou dans une science naturelle comparable.
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans le contrôle qualité pharmaceutique en environnement GMP ainsi qu'en analyse instrumentale, notamment HPLC.
  • Expérience dans le traitement des écarts, résultats OOX et CAPA.
  • Travail autonome et structuré ainsi que maîtrise de la documentation GMP.
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
