Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre service technique, nous recherchons un\-e technicien\-ne de maintenance polyvalent\-e, autonome et orienté\-e solutions. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Die Leukerbad Clinic liegt eingebettet im Herzen der Walliser Alpen und ist eine Rehabilitationsklinik, die ein Pflegeumfeld auf höchstem Niveau bietet. Im Rahmen des Ausbaus unseres technischen Dienstes suchen wir eine vielseitige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Wartungsfachkraft. Technicien de maintenance 100% \- Wartungstechniker 100% Vos missions Vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement, à la sécurité et à l’entretien des bâtiments et installations de la Clinique. Vous serez notamment amené(e) à : Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des bâtiments et installations techniques. Réaliser des travaux de premier niveau en électricité, plomberie, serrurerie, peinture, menuiserie et petites réparations. Contrôler et entretenir les installations techniques, notamment les piscines thérapeutiques et leurs équipements. Intervenir dans les chambres, locaux de soins et espaces de rééducation, dans le respect de l’environnement des patients. Participer à l’entretien des espaces extérieurs et au déneigement du site. Identifier les dysfonctionnements et assurer le suivi avec les entreprises spécialisées lorsque nécessaire. Assurer le service de piquet et les interventions d'urgence, selon l'organisation du service. Votre profil Nous recherchons une personne fiable, polyvalente et orientée solutions, disposant de : Une formation professionnelle technique ou une formation jugée équivalente. De bonnes connaissances pratiques en maintenance des bâtiments. Des notions dans le domaine du traitement et du contrôle de l'eau des piscines constituent un atout. Une bonne capacité à diagnostiquer un problème et à trouver une solution adaptée. Autonomie, réactivité et sens de l’organisation. Esprit d’équipe et sens du service. Une bonne maîtrise du français ; l'allemand constitue un atout. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: Die vorbeugende und korrektive Wartung der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen sicherzustellen. Einfache Arbeiten in den Bereichen Elektrik, Sanitär, Schlosserei, Malerarbeiten, Schreinerarbeiten und kleinere Reparaturen durchzuführen. Die technischen Anlagen, insbesondere die Therapiebäder und deren Ausrüstung, zu kontrollieren und zu warten. Tätigkeiten in den Zimmern, Behandlungsräumen und Rehabilitationsbereichen unter Berücksichtigung des Umfelds der Patienten. Mithilfe bei der Pflege der Aussenanlagen und der Schneeräumung auf dem Gelände. Feststellen von Störungen und gegebenenfalls Nachverfolgung mit spezialisierten Firmen. Den Pikettdienst und Notfalleinsätze gemäss der Dienstorganisation gewährleisten. Ihr Profil Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, vielseitige und lösungsorientierte Person mit folgenden Voraussetzungen: Eine technische Berufsausbildung oder eine als gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung. Gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Gebäudeunterhaltung. Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Wasseraufbereitung und \-kontrolle von Schwimmbädern sind von Vorteil. Die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu diagnostizieren und geeignete Lösungen zu finden. Selbstständigkeit, Reaktionsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent. Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung.
