Actuellement, pour notre siège situé à Bienne, nous recherchons pour notre service « Montage » un/e : TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE (H/F) Mission : Vous êtes chargé d'assurer la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement des équipements de l'atelier de montage, en intervenant aussi bien sur les problématiques mécaniques qu'électriques/électroniques, ainsi que d'améliorer les outillages et les moyens de production Responsabilités : Analyse et résolution des problèmes techniques liés aux équipements et outillages, y compris les adaptations mécaniques (usinage, tournage, rectifiage, fraisage) et la recherche de pannes électriques/électroniques Réglage des machines et vérification de leur conformité après intervention Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements et outillages du département Montage Rédaction des avis de non\-conformité et des fiches de suivi d'intervention Recherche d'améliorations techniques sur les lignes de montage Participation à la définition, à la réalisation et à la validation de nouveaux outillages en collaboration avec les services de support Assistance à la formation des opératrices sur l'utilisation des équipements et des processus Gestion et commande du matériel, des pièces de rechange et du stock minimum Garantie de l'application des normes de qualité et de sécurité Votre profil : CFC de Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien, Monteur\-automaticien, ou formation technique jugée équivalente combinant mécanique et électronique Bonnes connaissances en électricité/électronique et à l'aise dans la recherche de pannes Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire Connaissances approfondies des techniques et des moyens d'assemblage Bonnes compétences en utilisation des outils MS Office Esprit logique et méthodique Bon communicateur, capable de faire preuve de pédagogie et de patience Ce que nous offrons : Environnement de travail convivial et collaboratif dans un cadre familial 5 semaines de vacances et 2 semaines supplémentaires sur rattrapage journalier Participation à la caisse maladie jpid785faeajm jpit0937jm jpiy26jm
