Notre objectif est de repousser les limites de la science et de la technologie en rendant les thérapies plus sûres et faciles d'utilisation. Grâce à une collaboration étroite avec les experts cliniques et un engagement continu, nous perfectionnons les traitements, jour après jour.\ Afin de renforcer notre équipe sur le site de production à Couvet, nous recherchons une/un \\Technicien(ne) de maintenance\\ qui sera en charge d'assurer la fiabilité, la performance et la conformité de nos équipements de production et de nos infrastructures. \\Vos missions\\ Rattaché(e) au service Maintenance \\\& HSE, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la continuité et la sécurité de nos opérations : \* Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de production, notamment des remplisseuses, des équipements de conditionnement et des installations techniques du site ; \* Assurer la surveillance et le suivi des équipements Facilities et des utilités : eau purifiée (PW), eau pour préparation injectable (WFI), vapeur, systèmes HVAC, traitement et distribution d'air, ainsi que les systèmes de monitoring. \* Participer à la mise en service et à l'optimisation de nouvelles lignes ; \* Assister et former les équipes de production à la maintenance de premier niveau ; \* Coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes ; \* Gérer les pièces détachées et veiller à l'organisation du magasin (5S) ; \* Documenter vos interventions et participer à la rédaction des procédures ; \* Contribuer activement aux démarches d'amélioration continue, de qualité, de sécurité et d'environnement. \\Compétences requises :\\ \* Formation technique reconnue en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique, automatisme ou équivalent ; \* Expérience de 5 ans minimum indispensable en environnement pharmaceutique aseptique ; \* Capacité d'analyse, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'équipe ; \* Sens aigu de la sécurité, de la qualité et de l'amélioration continue. \\Nous vous proposons :\\ Un emploi permanent à temps plein dans un environnement de travail stimulant et dynamique où prédomine une culture positive et riche en diversité.
