Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Maintenance expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive, conditionnelle et corrective de nos équipements industriels afin de garantir leur disponibilité, leur fiabilité et leur performance. Vous diagnostiquerez les pannes, assurerez une remise en service rapide des installations et participerez activement aux actions d’amélioration continue, tout en respectant les standards de sécurité, qualité, productivité et 6S.

Technicien(ne) de Maintenance

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

  • Respecter et appliquer strictement les règles SUVA, les consignations/LOTO et les standards de travail lors de toute intervention
  • Maintenir la propreté, l'ordre et le 6S dans les zones de maintenance et remettre l'équipement en état après intervention
  • Réaliser les interventions de maintenance sur les équipements mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques, automatisés et systèmes de vision/contrôle
  • Diagnostiquer méthodiquement les pannes, rétablir le fonctionnement dans les meilleurs délais et sécuriser la remise en production
  • Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes qualité liés aux équipements et mettre en œuvre les actions préventives et correctives définies
  • Réaliser les maintenances préventives et conditionnelles selon le plan défini, identifier les dérives et signaler toute anomalie nécessitant une action
  • Renseigner avec rigueur les rapports d'intervention dans DIMOmaint : symptômes, diagnostic, cause, actions réalisées, pièces utilisées et recommandations
  • Appliquer et respecter les instructions, standards, paramètres et réglages machines ; proposer leur amélioration sur la base du retour d'expérience
  • Assurer un passage de consignes structuré en fin de poste : pannes en cours, risques, travaux à poursuivre et priorités
  • Contribuer au maintien de la cadence et du temps de cycle standard en identifiant et traitant les dérives techniques impactant le TRS

Votre profil:

  • Formation achevée de type CFC d’Automaticien, Polymécanicien, BAC\+2 ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Bases solides en maintenance mécanique et électrique ; bonnes notions en automatisme, pneumatique et systèmes de vision
  • Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de schémas électriques et documents techniques, du diagnostic et des réglages machine
  • Capacité à prendre en charge de nouveaux équipements, technologies et problèmes techniques avec autonomie et méthode
  • Excellent esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement professionnel international et plurilingue.
  • Langues : bonne maîtrise du français, de l’allemand et/ou de l’anglais

Organisation du travail:

  • Equipe de week\-end: jours de travail: vendredi, samedi et dimanche
  • Horaires : 05h00 – 17h00 ou 17h00 – 05h00
  • Equipe de semaine: jours de travail: du lundi au vendredi
  • Horaires : 05h00 – 13h30 ou 13h30 – 22h00
