Pour le compte de notre client, acteur majeur du secteur de l’énergie dans le canton de Fribourg, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance CVC afin de renforcer ses équipes techniques.

Vous intervenez sur des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) et assurez leur bon fonctionnement, leur maintenance ainsi que leur fiabilité dans le respect des exigences de sécurité et de qualité.

Technicien de maintenance CVC

Vos missions

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations CVC.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et identifier les dysfonctionnements.
  • Réaliser les interventions de dépannage et de remise en service.
  • Effectuer les contrôles, réglages et optimisations des équipements.
  • Participer au suivi et à la maintenance des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des interventions et renseigner les rapports de maintenance.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, des normes en vigueur et des exigences environnementales.
  • Collaborer avec les différents intervenants techniques et les équipes d'exploitation.
  • Participer, selon les besoins, aux travaux d'amélioration et de modernisation des installations.

Votre profil

  • Formation technique dans le domaine du CVC, chauffage, climatisation, ventilation ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la maintenance d'installations CVC.
  • Solides connaissances techniques en chauffage, ventilation et/ou climatisation.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de diagnostic de pannes.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel.
  • Sensibilité élevée aux questions de sécurité.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, énergétique ou technique complexe constitue un atout.
