La structure recherche son/sa futur(e) :

Technicien de maintenance CVC H/F

>>> Missions :

  • Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des installations CVCS
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire)
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes techniques
  • Participer aux tests des nouvelles installations
  • Coordonner les sous-traitants et superviser les prestataires de maintenance
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges pour les projets techniques
  • Gérer l'approvisionnement en matériel et consommables

>>> Profil recherché :

Au bénéfice d'un CFC d'installateur chauffage ou sanitaire ou d'un titre équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans la maintenance d'installations CVCS.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique (MS Office).

Rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous savez gérer vos priorités dans un environnement exigeant.

Enfin, vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, le sens du service et un bon relationnel.
