Technicien de Maintenance en Environnement Aseptique H/F

Votre mission ##

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des équipements de production en assurant le maintien des installations en conditions opérationnelles, tout en contribuant activement aux démarches d'amélioration continue, de qualité, de sécurité et d'excellence opérationnelle du site.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de production et des installations du site.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes techniques dans les domaines mécanique, électrique, automatisme et informatique industrielle.
  • Assurer la surveillance et le bon fonctionnement des utilités industrielles (HVAC, traitement d'air, vapeur, systèmes de monitoring).
  • Accompagner et former les équipes de production aux opérations de maintenance de premier niveau.
  • Coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes.
  • Participer à la gestion des pièces détachées et au maintien des standards 5S du magasin technique.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue, de qualité, de sécurité et d'environnement.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation technique reconnue (CFC, Brevet fédéral ou équivalent) en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique, automatisme ou domaine similaire.
  • Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un environnement GMP, pharmaceutique aseptique.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en diagnostic de pannes et en fiabilisation des équipements industriels.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et automatisés.
