Technicien de maintenance FR\-ALL (H/F) \- 100% ===============================================

Contexte :

Mon client, acteur innovant dans le secteur technologique, recherche un Technicien de maintenance, afin de renforcer son équipe Maintenance \& Infrastructures. Vous intégrerez une organisation dynamique et en pleine croissance, où la collaboration interdisciplinaire, l’innovation et la transformation des idées en solutions concrètes sont au cœur de la stratégie.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer la maintenance corrective et préventive dans les domaines de l’électronique et de la mécanique sur différentes installations : machines d’usinage mécanique et laser, équipements de traitement de surface, etc. ;
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir sur les capteurs, indicateurs, moteurs, axes et différents composants des machines ;
  • Installer, contrôler et régler des moteurs et des axes, notamment les compensations CN ;
  • Modifier et optimiser les équipements existants en intégrant de nouveaux capteurs, accessoires ou composants électriques et mécaniques ;Participer activement à l’amélioration des performances et de la fiabilité des machines de production ;
  • Contrôler les équipements à l’aide de logiciels de surveillance et résoudre les dysfonctionnements identifiés ;
  • Créer et maintenir les documentations techniques relatives aux machines et aux différents éléments d’infrastructure des bâtiments ;
  • Collaborer avec le département R\&D sur différents projets, notamment dans les domaines de la conception avec Inventor, de l’automatisation ou encore de la réalisation de prototypes mécaniques et par impression 3D ;
  • Contribuer aux démarches d’optimisation et d’amélioration continue des installations.

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d’un CFC d’automaticien, d’électricien, ou d’un diplôme de Technicien ES dans un domaine similaire (ou formation jugée équivalente) ;
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un environnement industriel ;
  • Expérience dans les contrôles de commandes numériques (CN). FANUC et Beckhoff, un atout ;
  • Bonnes connaissances en mécanique, un avantage ;
  • Bonnes connaissances du français et de l’allemand (niveau B1 minimum) obligatoire. L’anglais constitue un atout ;
  • Autonome et responsable, vous travaillez de ère méthodique, structurée et orientée solutions, tout en appréciant une forte collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les différents métiers de l’entreprise.
