Altrajob accompagne son client, une société spécialisée dans la bureautique et les solutions informatiques. Afin de compléter l'équipe actuelle, nous recherchons un(e) :

Technicien français-allemand H/F

>>> Vos missions seront :

  • Réceptionner les demandes clients pour les machines bureautiques, copieurs, imprimantes multifonctions (SAV, entretien, installation, montage)
  • Réceptionner les machines pour traiter les pannes (ou se rendre directement sur site client)
  • Réaliser les travaux de réparation et d'entretien
  • Installer les machines chez les clients
  • Établir, si nécessaire, des devis complémentaires
  • Rédiger et transmettre vos rapports d'intervention
  • Assurer un conseil au client quant à l'utilisation et/ou au bon fonctionnement de la machine

>>> Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un CFC dans un domaine technique (mécanique, électronicien, électricité ou équivalent), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de 5 ans au moins dans une fonction similaire (réparation et entretien de machines bureautiques, copieurs, imprimantes multifonctions, etc.).

Vous disposez du permis de conduire B afin de pouvoir utiliser le véhicule qui vous sera confié (possibilité de l'utiliser à titre personnel également).

Vous faites preuve de flexibilité, d'organisation et avez le sens des responsabilités.

Enfin, vous possédez un bon relationnel, maitrisez l'outil informatique (MS Office et Adobe) et l'allemand.
