Dans le cadre de notre département Sigma Temporaire, nous avons le plaisir de collaborer avec une entreprise renommée dans le secteur de la construction basée en Valais.

Pour répondre à ses besoins, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un (e) technicien (iènne) en charpente H/F confirmé (e) :

Technicien ES charpente

Compétences techniques (coeur du métier)

  • Lecture et interprétation de plans, schémas et notes de calcul
  • Connaissance des structures bois (charpentes traditionnelles, industrielles, lamellé\-collé)
  • Maîtrise des techniques d'assemblage (tenons\-mortaises, embrèvements, connecteurs métalliques)
  • Traçage, taille et usinage du bois
  • Utilisation et réglage des machines et outils (scie, raboteuse, mortaiseuse, outils électroportatifs)
  • Mise en oeuvre des toitures et ossatures bois
  • Connaissance des normes de construction et réglementations (DTU, règles de sécurité)
  • Pose, montage et levage des éléments de charpente
  • Contrôle de la qualité, vérification de la stabilité et de la conformité
  • Notions de résistance des matériaux et de calculs de charges

Compétences techniques complémentaires :

  • Utilisation de logiciels de dessin ou de CAO/DAO (ex. : Cadwork, AutoCAD, SEMA)
  • Lecture de documents techniques et plans numériques
  • Bases en métrage et devis
  • Suivi de chantier et coordination avec autres corps de métier
  • Maintenance et entretien des ouvrages bois

Compétences en sécurité et organisation :

  • Application stricte des règles de sécurité sur chantier
  • Utilisation des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI)
  • Organisation du poste de travail
  • Respect des délais et procédures
  • Travail en hauteur en toute sécurité

Compétences relationnelles (savoir\-être):

  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration avec les autres intervenants
  • Communication claire avec collègues, chef de chantier ou clients
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Gestion du stress et adaptation aux contraintes du chantier
  • Respect des consignes et de la hiérarchie

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme de technicien ES
  • Compétences en planification, lecture et établissement de plans
  • Utilisation de logiciels techniques (Cadwork, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Interface entre bureau d'études et chantier

Qualités personnelles :

  • Rigueur, précision et sens des responsabilités
  • Fiabilité et engagement professionnel
  • Bonne communication et esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité d'adaptation et gestion du stress

Conditions :

  • Permis de conduire cat. B exigé
  • Disponibilité pour interventions sur chantiers
  • Bonne condition physique
