Vous aimez comprendre, optimiser et sécuriser des installations techniques complexes ? Vous êtes à l-aise avec les systèmes CVC et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement technique structuré et exigeant ? Vous appréciez autant le terrain que l-analyse et la régulation fine des installations ? Dans le cadre du renforcement d-une équipe technique spécialisée, nous recherchons un·e Technicien·ne Exploitation CVCS / MCR pour assurer la performance et la fiabilité d-un parc d-installations multi-sites. Votre rôle Au cœur des infrastructures techniques, vous serez en charge de : - Surveiller et garantir le bon fonctionnement des installations chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et sanitaire - Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes CVCS - Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et intervenir efficacement - Superviser les alarmes techniques via outil de gestion centralisée - Optimiser les boucles de régulation et les performances énergétiques - Réaliser des mesures, équilibrages hydrauliques et aérauliques - Participer aux tests de fonctionnement des installations critiques - Coordonner et suivre les entreprises externes intervenant sur site - Assurer le suivi des prestataires et la qualité des interventions - Contribuer à de petits projets techniques (descriptifs, approvisionnements, suivi travaux) - Participer au service de permanence selon un tournus défini Vous êtes un acteur clé de la fiabilité et de la continuité d-exploitation.

Votre profil

\- CFC d-installateur chauffage ou sanitaire - Formation complémentaire type Technicien ES (atout) - Expérience confirmée en maintenance d-installations CVCS complexes - Bonne maîtrise des systèmes de gestion technique centralisée (GTC) - Aisance avec les outils informatiques Ce que vous trouverez : - Un environnement technique stimulant - Des installations variées et exigeantes - Une équipe professionnelle et collaborative - Des responsabilités concrètes et valorisantes - Un poste Fixe avec vision long terme Date d'entrée : - De suite ou à convenir Votre candidature sera traitée en toute confidentialité par ValJob Permanent.
