Votre mission

Pour une super entreprise de la région, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Industrialisation & Optimisation Usinage. Au cœur de l'activité de production, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'industrialisation, l'amélioration continue et l'optimisation des procédés d'usinage. Véritable relais entre le bureau technique et l'atelier, vous contribuez à garantir la performance, la qualité et la fiabilité de nos processus de fabrication. Vos responsabilités : - Définir, développer et optimiser les gammes et méthodes de fabrication. - Programmer et améliorer les opérations d'usinage sur machines CNC. - Concevoir et mettre à jour les programmes ISO et FAO. - Participer à l'amélioration continue des procédés et à la réduction des temps de cycle. - Assurer un support technique aux équipes de production. - Collaborer avec les différents services pour garantir la faisabilité et la robustesse des processus industriels. - Piloter les actions d'optimisation en atelier et contribuer à l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits.

Votre profil

- CFC de polymécanicien, Technicien ES ou Ingénieur HES en microtechnique. - Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l'usinage (tournage et fraisage). - Très bonnes connaissances en programmation ISO et FAO. - Maîtrise de CREO et/ou GibbsCAM, un atout majeur. - Forte orientation terrain avec une approche pragmatique et opérationnelle. - Sens de l'amélioration continue et de l'optimisation des procédés. - Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et aptitude à travailler en équipe Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise technique au service de l'excellence industrielle et participer activement à l'amélioration des performances de production ?
