Vous disposez d'une formation en informatique ou d'une expérience équivalente et maîtrisez les environnements Windows, réseaux LAN/VLAN, Wi\\-Fi, VPN et équipements réseau, ainsi que l'installation et la configuration de postes et périphériques. Vous êtes capable de diagnostiquer un problème, trouver une solution et l'expliquer simplement à un utilisateur ou à un client. Vous appréciez les journées variées, les interventions sur site et le contact direct avec les clients.
