Sa force : qualité d'exécution, réactivité, relation client et esprit d'é mission Développement de nouveaux clients et suivi du portefeuille existant Devis, soumissions, facturation, demandes d'acomptes Planification et encadrement des équipes sur chantier Commande des matériaux Suivi technique des travaux, respect des délais et de la qualité Suivi de la rentabilité des chantiers Exigence du poste : Ton profil Formation dans le bâtiment : CFC peintre, façadier, plâtrier, chef d'équipe, technicien ou équivalent Brevet fédéral ou maîtrise : un vrai atout Expérience confirmée (min. 5 ans) dans le second œuvre / chantier Bonne connaissance du marché vaudois et romand À l'aise avec les clients, la négociation et l'organisation Autonome, rigoureux, orienté résultats À l'aise avec l'administratif et l'informatique Permis de conduire obligatoire Ce qui t'est proposé Poste à responsabilités avec forte autonomie Environnement professionnel structuré et reconnu Équipe compétente et dynamique Véhicule de fonction Salaire en lien avec ton expérience Possibilités d'évolution réelles jpid77d91bdjm jpit0937jm jpiy26jm
