Rejoignez une équipe dynamique, passionnée et engagée, intervenant sur plusieurs sites dans la région genevoise et en Suisse romande.

Votre mission

En tant que prestataire IT externalisé, vous êtes l'interlocuteur technique d'un portefeuille de PME aux environnements variés (Mac, PC, serveurs, réseau).

Concrètement, vous :

Assurez le support aux utilisateurs, à distance et chez les clients, sur des parcs hétérogènes macOS et Windows

Supervisez l'état des systèmes et traitez les incidents du quotidien (monitoring, alerting, dépannage)

Planifiez et réalisez les maintenances préventives, mises à jour et migrations (postes, serveurs, services)

Déployez et maintenez les infrastructures clients : serveurs, réseau (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, VLAN), pare\-feux et stockage

Garantissez la sécurité des systèmes et des données, et sensibilisez les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques

Documentez vos interventions et contribuez à l'amélioration continue des environnements gérés.

Votre profil

Prérequis (indispensables)

CFC d'informaticien·ne ou formation équivalente

Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste IT similaire (support, exploitation, infogérance)^

Certificat de travail de vos anciens employeurs

Maîtrise opérationnelle de macOS et Windows

Maîtrise du français oral

Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel (voiture ou scooter) — déplacements multi\-sites réguliers

Domicile à Genève ou à proximité immédiate

Compétences techniques (atouts)

Une expérience sur tout ou partie de ces technologies est un plus ; nous formons sur le reste.

Synology (DSM, stockage, sauvegarde)

Firewall et réseau (FortiGate un atout)

Wifi

Windows Server et services associés (Active Directory, etc.)

Virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox)

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

Gestion de parc Apple via MDM (Mosyle, Jamf) — un plus

Qualités personnelles

Sens du service client et rapidité d'exécution

Rigueur, engagement, organisation et proactivité

Autonomie dans le travail individuel, et goût pour l'entraide et le partage en équipe

Excellente communication
