Technicien IT 80\-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Fournir un support technique complet (L1 à L3\)
  • Administrer et faire évoluer les infrastructures systèmes et réseaux
  • Assurer la disponibilité, la sécurité et la sauvegarde des environnements IT
  • Gérer et optimiser les réseaux (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi\-Fi) ainsi que les équipements associés
  • Contribuer au maintien et à l'évolution de l'ERP (Odoo) et des outils métiers (interfaces, API)
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs et clients, en assurant un rôle de conseil, documentation et suivi technique

Profil

  • Formation en informatique (CFC, ES, HES ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée dans les domaines des systèmes, réseaux et du support informatique
  • Excellentes connaissances des environnements Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory et des infrastructures réseau
  • Expérience dans le support utilisateurs, la gestion des incidents et idéalement dans un environnement ERP
  • Connaissances en développement web, architecture d'API et, idéalement, des environnements Linux
  • Personnalité autonome, organisée et orientée solutions, dotée d'un excellent sens du service et d'un fort esprit d'équipe
