Nous recherchons un technicien terrain senior expérimenté, capable d'intervenir en totale autonomie chez nos clients dans le cadre de prestations de maintenance, de déploiement et de support. Vous intervenez sur des environnements techniques variés mêlant IT, réseau et courant faible, avec un rôle clé dans la continuité de service.

Rattaché au Directeur Technique, vous intervenez dans un environnement multisites (retail / industrie) avec une forte autonomie dans l'organisation de vos interventions.

Missions principales

Interventions techniques - Installation, mise en service et vérification des équipements - Diagnostic, dépannage et remplacement de postes - Reprise et sécurisation des données utilisateurs - Intervention sur infrastructures IT et courant faible (câblage, connectique, équipements audio)

Support & Maintenance

Interventions sur site et assistance à distance (téléphone),Diagnostic et résolution des incidents (Niveau 1), Application des procédures de déploiement et d'exploitation

Réseaux & Systèmes

Diagnostic des réseaux IP et Wi-Fi - Intervention sur AD, DNS, DHCP, partage de fichiers, Analyse et résolution des dysfonctionnements informatiques

Relation client

Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs, Conseil dans l'utilisation des équipements, Garantie d'un bon niveau de qualité de service

Gestion & Suivi

Gestion du stock de pièces détachées, Rédaction des rapports techniques après chaque intervention, Suivi rigoureux et remontée des informations

Profil recherché

\- Expérience terrain confirmée, 10 ans minimum

- profil senior attendu

\- Habitué à gérer seul des situations complexes en environnement client

\- Maîtrise des environnements réseaux (IP, Wi-Fi, AD, DNS, DHCP)

\- Connaissances en courant faible et/ou sonorisation appréciées

\- Connaissances en Raspberry Pi et/ou scripting Python appréciées

\- Aisance informatique multi-support (PC, mobile, outils métiers)

\- Fiabilité, rigueur, bon relationnel client

\- Recherche de stabilité sur le poste
