On ne va toutefois pas te mentir, on est exigeant. Alors si tu es une personne motivée et hyper enthousiaste rejoins le clan pour le poste de Technicien méthodes maintenance (H/F/D)

Ta mission : ##

  • Élaborer et structurer les plans de maintenance préventive et conditionnelle
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les gammes opératoires, procédures et instructions techniques
  • Préparer les interventions : définition des ressources (pièces, outillage, temps), planification et ordonnancement des travaux
  • Assurer le pilotage des activités via GMAO SAP
  • Participer à l-analyse des pannes et des défaillances
  • Mettre en place des démarches d-amélioration continue
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes terrain
  • Contribuer à l-optimisation de la disponibilité et de la fiabilité des équipements

Maintenant si on parlait de toi ? ##

  • Formation : CFC technique (mécanique, maintenance) complété idéalement par une formation supérieure (ES / équivalent)
  • Minimum 5 ans d-expérience en maintenance industrielle en Suisse, dont une expérience en méthodes ou préparation
  • Solides connaissances en maintenance mécanique, équipements industriels et méthodes de maintenance (RCM, RCA, TPM, Lean)
  • Excellente maîtrise GMAO SAP
  • À l-aise avec l-analyse de données maintenance et les indicateurs de performance
  • Capacité à structurer, formaliser et améliorer les processus

Il s-agit d-une mission temporaire de longue durée, avec une prise de poste prévue à partir du dernier trimestre 2026. Salaire selon profil et grille salariale en vigueur.
