Description de l'entreprise ---------------------------

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un Technicien Méthodes Programmeur pour élaborer des programmes pour les moyens d'usinage de l'entreprise, en assurant une qualité de fabrication optimale

Description du poste --------------------

  • Réalisation des programmes complets sur le logiciel FAO CREO et GIBBSCAM, tout autres logiciels FAO bienvenus
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en usinage sur machines (tournage, fraisage) avec expertise en programmation ISO et FAO
  • Participer à l'élaboration des instructions de fabrication pour la partie usinage
  • Des bases en CAO sur CREO sont les bienvenues
  • Simulation et optimisation des programmes
  • Mise au point sur les machines avec les régleurs, et suivie des pré série jusqu'à la mise en production
  • Création des fiches de montage et nomenclatures des pièces et des outils
  • Apporter un soutien technique en atelier auprès des mécaniciens
  • Participer activement à l'intégration de nouvelles machines d'usinage
  • Poste FIXE

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Être de formation type Technicien ES en microtechnique, ou BTS voir Licence en Productique
  • Avoir une solide expérience dans la programmation FAO et dans la fabrication de pièces mécaniques
  • Avoir d'excellentes connaissances en Fraisage et Tournage CNC, des connaissances sur les machines de terminaisons CNC sont un plus
  • Excellentes connaissances dans la lecture de plans.
  • Avoir un bon sens technique mécanique pour trouver des solutions rapides et efficaces.
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Avoir un excellent sens de la communication pour échanger avec le BT et les ateliers d'usinages
  • Esprit d'équipe, et être force de proposition dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue
