Technicien(ne) Bois ES

Cette opportunité vous permettra d'intégrer une structure dynamique en pleine évolution et de participer à des projets variés dans le domaine de la menuiserie et de l'agencement. Vos missions et responsabilités Étudier les demandes des clients et analyser leurs besoins. Réaliser les métrés, établir les offres et assurer leur suivi. Concevoir les projets et élaborer les plans techniques. Planifier la production et organiser les chantiers. Assurer le suivi technique, budgétaire et logistique des affaires. Piloter les équipes de pose et coordonner les sous-traitants. Assurer les relations avec les clients, architectes, maîtres d'ouvrage et fournisseurs. Participer au développement commercial et à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Collaborer étroitement avec la direction et contribuer aux réflexions stratégiques de l'entreprise. Compétences Nous attendons Formation de Technicien Bois ES ou titre jugé équivalent. Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire. Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de menuiserie et d'agencement. Très bonnes connaissances des métrés, chiffrages et établissement des offres. Maîtrise de la planification et du suivi de chantier. Excellentes capacités de coordination avec les différents intervenants. Maîtrise des logiciels de dessin technique. La connaissance de SketchUp constitue un atout. Personne autonome, organisée, rigoureuse et orientée solutions. Esprit d'initiative et sens des responsabilités.
