Technicien·ne de maintenance confirmé·e

Vos missions principales :

  • S-assurer du bon fonctionnement et du bon état des installations et de l-infrastructure.
  • Identifier les dérives (ex. surconsommation) et proposer des actions correctives / sécuriser immédiatement.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les interventions.
  • Assurer les réglages.
  • Intervenir sur les équipements / infrastructures.
  • Participer aux essais produits et réaliser les changements d-outils.
  • Suivre et mettre à jour le planning d-interventions préventives - plan de maintenance préventive.
  • Mettre en configuration les machines jusque validation / reprise par la production.
  • Mettre à jour les interventions dans la GMAO.
  • S-assurer systématiquement de la sécurisation et propreté des équipements et de la zone après un service de maintenance et avant remise en route/libération de la ligne, équipement ou zone.
  • Consulter la documentation machine ou la GMAO en cas de changement ou d-intervention complexe.
  • Suivre son stock de pièces détachées.
  • En cas de problème complexe, utiliser les outils d-amélioration continue dans la résolution.
  • Participer à la mise à jour documentaire du système de management qualité lié au service maintenance.
  • Respecter et faire respecter les procédures, enregistrements et modes opératoires liés au service de maintenance.
  • Suivre les règles QHS : qualité, hygiène et sécurité en vigueur.
  • Enregistrer les interventions de maintenance dans les logbooks des machines et les logbooks de salles
  • Suivre la procédure de règles de bonnes pratiques de maintenance.
  • Remonter au département qualité toute déviation machine ou déviation des infrastructures ou services ayant un impact potentiel sur les produits.

Profil recherché :

  • CFC technicien de maintenance, automaticien ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience de 5 ans au minimum
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens aigu pour l'amélioration
  • Bonnes connaissances mécaniques, pneumatiques et électriques
  • Connaissances des outils d-amélioration continue
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d-équipe
