Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons un\-e :

Technicien\-ne de maintenance en ascenseurs \- Région " Seeland" (Bienne et environs)

Travailler dans un environnement technique où la routine et le standard n’existent pas vous attire ? Vous avez le contact facile et vous vous sentez aussi à l’aise un multimètre à la main qu’en face d’un client ? Si la curiosité et la logique font partie de vos traits de caractère, que la recherche de solutions techniques est un défi qui vous motive tout comme le travail en équipe, nous nous réjouissons de recevoir votre candidature !

En tant que membre de notre équipe SAV, vous êtes au cœur de la vie de nos installations et êtes chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

  • Assurer l’entretien et le dépannage d’un réseau d’installations
  • Développer et entretenir le lien de confiance avec notre clientèle en leur proposant un service professionnel de haute qualité
  • Faire le lien entre notre clientèle et nos différents services
  • Suivre les plans de maintenance et assurer les performances de nos installations
  • Assurer un service de piquet environ chaque 5 semaines

Votre parcours et vos talents :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC dans un domaine technique (mécanique, électricité, automation,…)
  • Vous témoignez de plusieurs années de pratique dans le domaine des ascenseurs
  • Votre lieu de résidence vous permet de rejoindre Bienne en 30 minutes
  • Vous êtes en possession d’un permis de conduire
  • De nature entreprenante et sympathique, vous vous organisez facilement et savez travailler de manière autonome
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance et êtes à l’écoute des besoins de nos clients
  • Vous fonctionnez par l’anticipation et la planification
