Installation, entretien ou réparation : nous assurons un service d'excellence directement sur place. Chez nous, tu es souvent en déplacement, au contact des clientes et clients, et tu fais partie d'une équipe soudée qui s'entraide au quotidien et célèbre ensemble ses réussites.

Ce que t'offre le poste ###

  • Tu prends en charge de manière autonome le diagnostic, la réparation et l'entretien de lave-linge et sèche-linge directement chez nos clientes et clients, dans une zone proche de ton domicile. Chaque journée apporte son lot de nouveaux défis
  • Tu établis des offres de réparation fiables et évalues avec discernement lorsqu'une réparation est pertinente ou lorsqu'un remplacement constitue la meilleure solution
  • Tu conseilles la clientèle sur l'utilisation, l'entretien et les possibilités de raccordement des appareils, en prenant le temps de répondre à ses questions
  • Tu documentes tes interventions numériquement via une tablette (rapports de service, clôtures journalières, offres) de manière complète, précise et dans les délais.
  • Tu échanges quotidiennement avec ton équipe et le centre de service et restes informé·e des évolutions techniques et des actualités du métier

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Tu as achevé une formation professionnelle dans un métier manuel ou électrotechnique (CFC ou AFP), idéalement comme installateur·trice-électricien·ne, électronicien·ne ou dans une profession comparable
  • Tu disposes de bonnes connaissances en électrotechnique et abordes les problèmes de manière méthodique, sûre et pragmatique. La formation NIV 15 est un atout ou tu es prêt·e à l'obtenir chez nous
  • Tu apprécies le contact avec la clientèle et sais expliquer des sujets techniques de manière simple et compréhensible
  • Tu travailles de façon autonome et fiable, même lorsque l'activité est soutenue
  • Tu es en bonne condition physique et à l'aise avec des interventions exigeantes
  • Tu communiques aisément en allemand et en français ; toute autre langue représente un avantage
  • Tu es titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B
