Définition de la fonction et mission TECHNICIEN/NE en radiologie medicale A 100% Définition de la fonction et mission Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients et réaliser les examens radiologiques selon les prescriptions médicales. Garantir la qualité des prestations, le respect des normes et contribuer au bon fonctionnement du service de radiologie. RESPONSABILITES Prise en charge des patients • Accueillir, informer et encadrer les patients • Assurer leur confort et leur bien\-être • Maintenir une présentation et un comportement irréprochables • Répondre aux besoins et attentes des patients Réalisation des examens • Effectuer les examens radiologiques • Appliquer les protocoles et normes en vigueur • Garantir la qualité des images et des résultats • Collaborer avec les médecins radiologues Organisation et gestion du service • Participer à l’organisation du travail • Contribuer au bon déroulement des activités • Assurer la tenue à jour des documents du service • Participer à la gestion du matériel Maintenance et logistique • Entretenir et nettoyer les appareils • Maintenir l’ordre dans les salles d’examen • Veiller au bon état du matériel Coordination et travail en équipe • Collaborer avec les équipes médicales et administratives • Transmettre les informations nécessaires • Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs • Contribuer à un climat de travail positif Administration et conformité • Facturer les examens réalisés • Respecter la voie hiérarchique et les directives internes • Participer aux évaluations professionnelles • Rechercher des axes d’amélioration Responsabilités générales • Garantir la qualité des prestations radiologiques • Assurer la satisfaction et la sécurité des patients • Contribuer à l’image de la Clinique Profil requis : Bachelor de technicien(ne) en radiologie médicale, ou équivalence Croix\-Rouge Idéalement, expérience professionnelle d’au minimum 2 ans. Parfaite connaissance en radiodiagnostic conventionnel. Bonne connaissance en IRM et CT. Sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation.
