Menerga Sàrl est la filiale suisse de Menerga, qui fait partie du Systemair Group, groupe international de la ventilation et de la climatisation. Nous fournissons des unités HVAC techniques à haute valeur ajoutée.

En Suisse, nous assurons nous-mêmes leur mise en service, maintenance, diagnostic, dépannage, assistance technique, retrofit et support client. Notre service après-vente s-organise autour de deux pôles : Lausanne pour la Suisse romande et Soleure pour la Suisse alémanique et d-autres régions. Menerga Suisse est membre de l-Association Suisse du Froid (ASF/SVK).

 

Le poste

Nous rescherchons un technicien/ne frigoriste au sein de l-équipe SAV de Lausanne. Un poste de terrain avec une forte autonomie technique, dans une équipe structurée qui dispose d-un support technique, d-une planification et d-une administration. Vous êtes responsable de l-intervention qui vous est confiée, du début à la fin.

 

Vos missions

Maintenance et entretien des installations Menerga

Mises en service

Diagnostic et recherche de pannes

Dépannage

Interventions frigorifiques

Analyse du fonctionnement des installations

Assistance technique et contact direct avec le client

Rapports et protocoles d-intervention

Collaboration avec le support technique, les planificateurs SAV et les autres techniciens

Gestion et entretien du véhicule de service

Gestion de l-outillage et des pièces de rechange embarquées
